We’re still here — and we’re better than ever

If you’ve been wondering whether ForYourNose was still open — we are! In fact, we’re freshening things up after 24 years of handcrafting fragrance, and I wanted you, my most loyal customers, to hear it first.

A leaner, fresher product line

I’ve simplified what I offer. Going forward, ForYourNose will focus on what I do best and what you love most: alcohol-free perfume sprays, roll-on perfume oils, and body & hair mists. A few product types that were more labor-intensive and less popular have been retired so I can put all my energy into the products that really shine.

I’m also curating my fragrance list down to a tighter, fresher collection. If you have a longtime favorite, I’ll be adding closeout fragrances on the site so you can stock up while I still have them available.

A note about patchouli and lavender

I have to be honest with you about something. The cost of patchouli and lavender essential oils has increased by over 400% in recent years, with a sharp increase very recently. For quite a while, I quietly absorbed that increasing cost rather than pass it on to you. I wish I could do that forever, but I can’t.

Rather than price these beloved scents out of reach, I’ve chosen to reformulate them using premium fragrance oils. The character of these scents will be similar, though not identical to the original essential oil versions — and I’ll always be transparent about which fragrances use fragrance oil vs. essential oil. If you’ve loved a patchouli or lavender blend from me over the years, I hope you’ll still love the new version.

New scents are coming

Here’s the fun part. I’ve been quietly curating a small collection of new fragrances — chosen specifically because I know what my customers tend to love. I’m not adding dozens of new scents; I’m adding a few really good ones.

First up: Beach Rose & Chamomile

From our perfumer: By the edge of a tranquil shore, fresh sea kelp mingles with the serenity of chamomile. Delicate rose petals and jasmine drift softly on the breeze, while a warm amber glow lingers like the last rays of a golden sunset – soothing, yet captivating. This mood-boosting fragrance uses patent-pending technology to blend ingredients that relax and unwind.
