Please, no! That’s not secure, and you risk your credit card information being stolen. This is out of my control, and not a good idea at all! Do not email your credit card information to ANYONE, EVER!

RETIRED SCENTS – My scent list was getting really huge and overwhelming, so I’ve started reducing the number of scents on my drop-down scent list to make shopping more manageable. If there’s a scent you’ve ordered from me in the past but you don’t see it on the list anymore, please contact me to see if I still have it available. Please understand that there will be some scents that I just can’t get anymore, for various reasons (perfumer went out of business, discontinued that scent, etc). If it’s something you REALLY loved, I’ll do my best to find a replacement but it might not be an exact duplicate.

CUSTOM BLENDS – I love blending custom fragrances from the scents I have in my inventory, so please feel free to contact me to discuss ideas.

SPECIAL REQUESTS – If there’s a scent I don’t have in stock, I might be able to find it for you. There will usually be a minimum order. Please understand that my resources are limited and I might not be able to find the scent you want.

I want you to be happy with your orders, but most custom orders will not be returnable or refundable unless it’s due to a mistake I made in making it for you. I always recommend that you order a sample size or ONE of any product to be sure you’ll like it. I will take returns on a case by case basis. Please contact me before returning any products. Sample sizes are not returnable.

Yes, ordering through my site is the safest way to order. When you order through PayPal or Stripe (for credit card payments), I don’t even see the specifics of your payment information. For added safety, my site has a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is a standard security protocol for establishing encrypted links between a web server and a browser in an online communication.The usage of SSL technology ensures that all data transmitted between the web server and browser remains encrypted.
