Ordering & Shipping Policies
Retail items may be
ordered online using our secure shopping cart. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, checks and money orders.
Order
cancellation & changes:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of when you place
them. Once we have started processing your order, we cannot cancel
it. Please see our retail
return policy for product returns. If you want us to add items
to your order, please understand that it will delay your order.

We always do our best to answer emails promptly. We do not give
out our phone number because this is a home-based business, and
the safety & privacy of our family is very important. If you

FOR
FASTEST SERVICE, PLEASE PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD ONLINE.
Orders paid by credit
card are NOT usually charged immediately. Your credit card will
be authorized when you place your order, but your account won't
actually be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. Bulk
orders are an exception - we may put through the charge right away
for large, bulk, or wholesale orders.
Orders paid by PayPal: Funds
from PayPal orders will be transferred from your account IMMEDIATELY,
even though your order may not be processed immediately. Regular
order processing times still apply. PayPal orders will need to be
shipped to a CONFIRMED address. If you have any questions
about how to confirm your address with PayPal, please visit the
PayPal web site or email us for more information.
Orders paid by check
will be held and we will not start processing them until after the
check clears at the bank. This will add 4 weeks or more to order
processing time (in addition to the time it normally takes us to
process your order). We do not go to the bank every day to deposit
checks. This is THE SLOWEST way to order, so you must be patient.
There is a $25 charge
for returned/NSF checks, and checks will not be accepted as payment
for future orders. FOR FASTER SERVICE, PLEASE PAY BY MONEY ORDER.

MAIL ORDERS: If you do not want
to use your credit card online, please use our shopping cart
to calculate your total with shipping, then select the "print
to order by fax or mail" option. Do not email your credit
card information to us or any other online vendor. This
is NOT secure!
We DO NOT accept
orders by phone. We do
not have employees, and we just aren't available to answer phone
calls. We are an internet-based business, and we ask that you place
your order online or by mail.
If you have a question
about your order, please EMAIL
us. If you call us with a question and we have your email address,
we will usually reply by email.
Shipping
Methods & Times
Please see our estimated
order processing times. Mail orders WILL TAKE LONGER. We ask
that you be patient as we make all our handcrafted items in small
batches, and almost everything is made fresh when you order.
We use USPS and
UPS for shipping.
USPS Priority
Mail - Less expensive for lighter shipments,
includes delivery confirmation at no extra charge. Tracking is
NOT available.
UPS
- Less expensive for heavier shipments, includes package tracking
at no extra charge. All orders over $200 will be shipped via UPS,
regardless of the shipping method you select upon checkout. This
allows us to insure your shipment.
UPS shipping note: You
will be given the option of "residential" or "commercial"
delivery if you choose to have your order shipped via UPS. Please
be sure to select the correct one. If you select UPS Commercial
shipping but you do not give a company name with your order, or
if UPS considers your shipping address to be residential rather
than commercial, we will charge you for residential shipping. We
also reserve the right to charge you the extra fee (even after you
have received your order) for residential delivery if we find that
your order was shipped to a residential address and we only charged
you for commercial delivery.
SIGNATURE
CONFIRMATION - We are now offering
optional Signature Confirmation of delivery with most orders (not
available with APO orders). There is a small fee for this service,
but it helps us to ensure that your order is delivered to you. This
is an optional service, and it will increase your shipping costs
a bit. Please understand, however, that we will not be responsible
for replacing lost, stolen, or misdirected packages if you do not
select signature confirmation of delivery.
If you want signature
confirmation for your order and you are paying by check, money order
or PayPal, you will need to add the following to your total:
Priority Mail, add $1.30
UPS, add $2.00
PayPal shipping: If
you pay with PayPal, you will be charged the amount shown in our
shopping cart. We do not refund shipping if our shopping cart estimates
higher than actual shipping, unless there is a significant difference.
See UPS shipping note (above) for an exception -- selecting the
correct UPS shipping option. We reserve the right to make exceptions
to this policy at any time, especially if there is a significant
difference in estimated and actual shipping cost.
PLEASE
DOUBLE CHECK THE ACCURACY OF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISDIRECTED PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT
ADDRESSES. IF WE HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR ADDRESS, WE WILL CONTACT
YOU BY EMAIL & WE WILL HOLD YOUR ORDER UNTIL WE GET YOUR RESPONSE.
International Orders
Due to the increased risk of fraud and problems with the reliability
of international shipping, we can no longer ship worldwide. However,
we will still ship to Canada at this time. However, we cannot offer
signature confirmation or other delivery securities for international
orders, and we will not be responsible for replacing or refunding
lost orders. International orders are at your own risk.
Miscellaneous
Information
Custom labeling
is not available with our retail products. The exception would be
prearranged bulk orders for special events like bridal showers,
conferences, etc. Please contact
us for details & pricing.
Braille labeling
is available for retail orders only; it is not suitable for wholesale
orders or products that will be resold, due to FDA labeling requirements
(the Braille labels will obscure required ingredient labeling information).
Rush Orders
- Although we always strive to process all orders as quickly
as possible, there may be times that you need us to process your
order extra fast. In this case, we may contact you to make special
arrangements, and we will let you know what the additional fee will
be for processing your order as a "rush order". Please
understand that we are not always able to guarantee a specific "rush
order" turnaround, especially during our busy times.

right to make changes to our pricing, payment and shipping policies
at any time, without notice.
